Request account deletion
If you have already cancelled your subscription, submit your email below and we will send a verification link to confirm the request. Deletions are processed within 24 hours.
Apple subscription notice
Apple subscriptions and billing are managed by Apple. Deleting your Granite account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Granite from your Apple ID sign-in permissions in your Apple account settings.
What happens next
- We email you a verification link.
- You confirm the request from that email.
- Your data is deleted within 24 hours.
If you can still sign in, you can cancel your subscription from your subscription page to immediately cancel any renewals and schedule deletion.
